A. Warranty of goods
1. We endeavour to ensure all products to be as similar as possible to the pictures, as we provide the pictures of the actual product where possible. Colours may differ slightly due to different resolution on computer.
2. Some of the items being factory overrun may not be fully labelled, marked or cut. Suppliers ensure that the items are authentic but nonetheless we believe that so long as quality is good, it is worth every penny.
B. Prices
1. All our prices are nett and in SGD. Postage charges (normal local mail) are included. To add $2.50 for registered mail.
C. Payment
1. We only accept bank funds transfer at the moment.
2. Payments which are not made/received by us within 3 days from the date of our confirmation email will be deemed cancelled.
D. Postage & Delivery
1. We deliver your order via by normal local mail, registered local mail or using courier service.
2. Please note that our responsibility ends once we mail out your items via normal local mail, hence registered mail is highly recommended.
3. Meet-ups subject to my convenience - Weekdays Lunch hours -> Raffles Place MRT; Evenings -> My void deck at Seng Kang. To be arranged.
4. Free delivery above $80.00, timings subject to my convenience and to be arranged.
E. Exchange & Refund
1. All items sold are non-refundable.
2. We will ensure that all items are checked before delivery/mailing.
3. We will only entertain refund or exchange only if item is out of stock.
4. We will do an exchange if wrong item is sent (color, size, product).
5. Please ensure tags, if any, are still intact if any exchange is to be made.
